I, the Member and undersigned, agree to the Carefree Boat Club Debit Authorization and authorize Carefree Boat Club of Central Florida dba Salt Therapy Incorporated, to debit Credit/Debit Card/Bank account for Carefree Boat Club Annual Membership dues as detailed here. Annual PIF Premier dues normally $4428 ($369 x12) now $3985.20 plus tax a savings of $442.80 plus $360 resnet fee as a separate transaction. This transaction will automatically renew every year until cancels by a 60 day written notice prior to renewal date.. I understand that if for any reason, payment is declined, I will not be allowed access to any boats in Carefree Boat Club or through the Carefree Boat Club Network reservation system and a processing fee of $50.00 will be charged.
